Title: Potato Salad, Southern

Yield: 6 Servings

4 Whole new potatoes
1/4cNonfat yogurt
2tbNonfat mayonnaise
1tbDijon mustard
1cChopped celery
1 Whole red onion, chopped
1/4cPickle relish, drained
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsGround pepper
2tsCelery seed

Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain.

Chill the potatoes and then dice them.

In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add the diced potatoes and sprinkle with celery seeds. Recipe by: Miss Daisy Cooks Light
